Meat Sausage

This sausage is made using a mix of lean and fatty pork, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and natural aromas. The mixture is then stuffed into pig intestine casings.


Liver Sausage

This product is a variation of meat sausage, except pork liver is added to the mixture which gives a strong and slightly bitter flavour. Adapted for lovers of old-fashioned flavours.
